METS 2011, in its 21st edition, has been recreated with a new image, a new perspective, and a new identity. It will be held under the patronage of HRH Princess Sumaya Bint Al-Hassan, President of both Al-Hassan Scientific City and the Royal Scientific Society at the prestigious Business Park, a modern and high-tech venue dedicated to the ICT and ICTES industry. Located conveniently in West Amman, the venue offers the exhibitors and visitors a state-of-the-art Ballroom, several break-out rooms, facilities to schedule one-on-one meetings, and daily social activities to network and build valuable business contacts.
The design of the Exhibition provides various display areas to satisfy the exhibitors´ needs, whereas the distinguished areas in the front side are reserved for the Exhibition’s main sponsors. All the basic services are facilitated in the Exhibition, including telecommunication, Internet, electricity, car parks, health facilities, meeting halls, food and beverages The event will be held from June 15th - 19th, 2011, and is organized by the Jordan Computer Society (JCS).
METS is the only Information Technology (ICT) trade show in Jordan and a leading industry show in the region that serves as an annual meeting venue for high-level executives, experts and job seekers in the industry. It offers the best opportunities for concluding commercial deals, exchanging expertise and building contacts with concerned organizations and decision makers.
The Exhibition will provide, with this year’s modern edition, a window for effective communication between all parties concerned; starting from international and regional companies, local companies and institutions, to the various streams of the Jordanian business sector, and ultimately the end-user.
Specialized companies in the sector from Jordan, find the Region are expected to participate in this annual event that aims at keeping abreast with the accelerating changes in the sector and discussing the latest emerging innovations; making certain the Region is in alignment with the strategic directions of the global ICT industry.
